Senpi: Profitability-first UX for an AI trading product
Led product strategy and design for Senpi, a Base-native AI trading platform. Conducted discovery research, developed JTBD framing and roadmap sequencing, and designed the end-to-end mobile experience across onboarding, feed, strategies, orders, alerts, and wallet.

Loky: Terminal UX for onchain intelligence
Led design from discovery through delivery for Loky, a terminal-style onchain intelligence product for AI agent traders. Defined the module structure and design principles from original research, then executed across six product surfaces and a full design system from 0 to 1.

Downsview Redevelopment: Applied foresight for long-horizon urban planning
A foresight research project asking what a resilient complete community looks like under future conditions, using the Downsview redevelopment as the live context. Led scenario planning, synthesized 100+ signals into 28 trend cards, and developed 20 scenario worlds across five axes of uncertainty.

IRCC Enterprise Change Management: Diagnosing a service delivery gap
An applied research engagement examining why a federal change management function was not landing with its internal clients. Led case study analysis, survey research, and co-creation workshops, and produced the Change Management 101 toolkit and Phase 1 recommendations.

DappLooker: workflow analysis, onboarding strategy, and UX design for a blockchain analytics platform
Workflow analysis and usability research informed onboarding changes that reduced time to first meaningful use by 50% and improved task efficiency by 35%.

DemocracyXchange: futures workshop facilitation and signal synthesis
Facilitated two futures workshops. Synthesized 50+ signals into trend themes and scenarios used to align priorities across civic participants.

Diabetic care coordination: service design for a fragmented patient journey
Mapped patient and care team journeys across digital and in-person touchpoints. Identified coordination gaps that informed redesigned workflows and training materials deployed across care teams.
Higher Education · 2022–2023
OCAD SISPO: process mapping across student-facing and inter-office administrative workflows
Mapped end-to-end workflows across 12 university offices. Documented bottlenecks and task ownership gaps. Produced software review reports supporting vendor evaluation and service improvement planning.
