Downsview Redevelopment: Applied foresight for long-horizon urban planning

A foresight research project asking what a resilient complete community looks like under future conditions, using the Downsview redevelopment as the live context. Led scenario planning, synthesized 100+ signals into 28 trend cards, and developed 20 scenario worlds across five axes of uncertainty.

Workflow analysis and usability research informed onboarding changes that reduced time to first meaningful use by 50% and improved task efficiency by 35%.
